Shipping and Delivery Policy

Room Mitra, operated by Gubbachi Labs Private Limited, provides software and technology services to hospitality businesses. We do not sell or ship physical products.

All services are delivered electronically. Following confirmation of payment and completion of any required onboarding information, access to the Room Mitra platform, configuration, integrations, or other subscribed services will be provided according to the implementation timeline agreed with the customer.

Standard software subscriptions may be activated within 1–7 business days after receiving the required information from the customer. Services requiring custom configuration, integrations, training, or implementation may require additional time, which will be communicated to the customer separately.

Customers will receive service-related communication through their registered email address, phone number, or other agreed communication channels.
